Our Toronto Letters denim jacket by Original Genes is hand painted, please allow and consider slight variation in final product (it is what makes each piece 100% unique).
Each vintage jacket fits oversized so expect the jacket to be a baggier fit. Example: If you order a small, it will be an oversized small.

To order your jacket :
1. Choose a jacket type from our drop down menu (Size, Denim Wash).
2. Email us at email@example.com with your preferred letters colour.
3. Once the order is placed, a member from the OG team will reach out via email a sketch based on your description. Once approved, we'll get you the finished piece ASAP.
*Please allow for 1-2 weeks for the jacket to be completed and shipped out from the
time of the final confirmation of the design.

Local Delivery- We will personally deliver your purchase to your door within 24 hours. (available for certain postal codes only).
Orders are shipped via Expedited Ground service and will arrive within 3 to 5 days - $15
Rush orders in Canada can be shipped using Express Post. Express Post deliveries will arrive within 1 to 2 business days - cost calculated at checkout.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Returns for regularly priced items are accepted within 14 days following the date of receipt, sale items are final sale. After this time, an exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached.
Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.
Take advantage of free returns from anywhere in Canada. Simply email us with your order number and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Place your items in the bag provided, and attach the prepaid return shipping label. Drop off your package at your nearest Canada Post outlet.
If the allowed return period has already passed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.
U.S AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For US and International Orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Note that duties will be an additional charge and will be collected at time of delivery, or billed thereafter.
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
Items displayed on STYLEARTIST’s website do not include taxes.
For orders within Canada, taxes are calculated at check-out.
For International orders, no sales tax will be charged. Duties will be collected at time of delivery or billed thereafter.
