RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Returns for regularly priced items are accepted within 14 days following the date of receipt, sale items are final sale. After this time, an exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached.

Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.

Take advantage of free returns from anywhere in Canada. Simply place your items in the bag provided, and attach the prepaid return shipping label included with your purchase. Drop off your package at your nearest Canada Post outlet.

If the allowed return period has already passed, please contact us at info@styleartist.com.

All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.
