STYLEARTIST solves the problem for women who don’t know where to go or don’t have the time to find quality wardrobe pieces. We have curated a stylish, wearable wardrobe of quality apparel, footwear, accessories, handbags and jewellery. We do the research for you and choose brands that offer versatile, comfortable yet on trend styles. Shop on our easy to navigate web site or come in and see us in our comfortable Toronto studio at 214 Avenue Road.

How is STYLEARTIST different than shopping online or in-store?

At STYLEARTIST, we offer a curated experience. Our services focus on providing solutions for women who are too busy to hunt down the quality clothing items they need. For example, our Style Wizard helps customers create a unique outfit that suits their style and needs. We also offer personal styling appointments and shopping parties that make us stand out.

Is it necessary for me to register or set up an account to buy an item?

No, it is not necessary. You can proceed to purchase as a guest; however, by signing up and creating an account with us, you can benefit from being the first to hear about our promotions and new wardrobe pieces.

Do you offer any kind of discounts?

We frequently send out promo codes to our customers via e-mail and post them on Instagram @shopstyleartist, so be sure to follow us online to receive special offers. We also offer a discount to customers who visit us at our location in Toronto.

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Receive free Standard Shipping within Canada for purchases of $100+, excluding taxes, when signed into a STYLEARTIST account.

Orders are shipped via Expedited Ground service and will arrive within 3 to 5 days - $15

Rush orders in Canada can be shipped using Express Post. Express Post deliveries will arrive within 1 to 2 business days - $20


All international orders will be shipped using UPS. Please contact us for shipping charges at

Note that duties will be an additional charge and will be collected by UPS at time of delivery, or billed thereafter.


Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's

website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.


Items displayed on STYLEARTIST’s website do not include taxes.

For orders within Canada, taxes are calculated at check-out.

For International orders, no sales tax will be charged. Duties will be collected by UPS at time of delivery or billed thereafter.

What is your return policy for items purchased?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Returns for regularly priced items are accepted within 14 days following the date of receipt; sale items are final sale. After this time, an exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Can you gift wrap my order?

All our orders are shipped in our unique STYLEARTIST packaging; however, if you would like a special gift wrap, simply e-mail us at with your order number and the type of wrap you require and consider it done!

Clothing and Brands
How do I exchange a product for another size?

If you are unhappy with the fit of an item you have purchased, we will gladly exchange it for a different size within 30 days of the original purchase date. Do you offer Wear to Work styling options?

Yes! We offer items that keep you looking stylish and appropriate while you work. The Work Wear styling options on our web site are versatile and timeless, so you can dress well and comfortably.

How does your online styling service work?

Style Wizard is a simple way to view a customized selection of clothing from our web site. A popup on the home page allows you to fill out a quick survey. Each question asks you about what you like and dislike, what body shape you have, how you like your clothes to fit, and some specific questions about your personal style. Once you’ve filled out the survey, you will be directed to a results page that shows you a customized outfit with a top, bottoms, shoes, and accessories. You can shop the look or make adjustments for an even more customized outfit.

Styling, Concierge, and Other Services
How do I know your styling will work for me?

Our style options focus on customization. If you would like to try on our items, you can use the Style Wizard online styling service tool on our web site or arrange for a personal styling appointment. We can help you find the right outfit, whether you’re looking for women’s office wear clothing, an evening dress for a holiday party, or something casual.

What is the styling fee?

There is no fee for styling or creating an account with STYLEARTIST.

How does the Sip & Shop service work?

Our Sip & Shop service is one of our customer favourites. All you need to do is invite 5+ of your friends to our studio at 214 Avenue Road for a private shopping party, bring some wine and cheese, and you can receive free items from us.
